Short Day Wedding Coordination
This package is perfect for the organised couple who just needs an extra set of hands on the day to execute their plans perfectly. You may be having an outdoor ceremony and you’re looking for some help with setting up the ceremonial area along with your personal decor touches. We can arrange event hire and champagne services on your behalf. Or you may need help with decorating your reception (perhaps adding in those styling finishes that your venue host is unable to help you with). You have 3 hours of our time on the day of your wedding to put our skills to whatever use you need. You decide!

Half Day Wedding Coordination
If you feel like you’re not quite the organised bride that you feel you should be, but don’t really want hand holding for the entire day, then this package might be for you. With a little more coverage than short-day package, this package usually allows us enough time to set up your ceremony and the reception.We’ll also include prep time with you to meet and discuss your plans for the day, helping you address any last minute anxieties.
$995.00 | Includes: 5 hours on the day, 1 preparation meeting, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager.
Full Day Wedding Coordination
For larger bespoke weddings, or an affair where you’ve booked more vendors than you can keep track of, then it’s likely to be more work than you need to be dealing with on your day. More comprehensive than the half-day package, expect more preparation meetings prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details and follow up with your vendors, confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll work with you and the venue to determine the best way to structure your formalities as well as write up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors. We’ll also come along and help with your rehearsal.
$1,995.00 | Includes: 8 service hours on the day, 2 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, rehearsal coordination, unlimited email correspondence and 1 Event Manager. Assistants an additional $400.00.
Indulgence Wedding Coordination
Perhaps you feel like you need our help sooner than later with your event to get you on track with booking your vendors? You may have a pretty good idea of what your wedding looks like in your mind’s eye, but as the wedding date approaches, you’re just not sure if you’ve covered it all (and you just don’t have time to figure it out). Expect us to start working on your event two months prior to the wedding to discuss your plans and set up. Naturally we’ll take care of the details, follow up with your vendors confirming every booking two weeks prior to the event. We’ll take care of writing up your run sheet for you, and circulate to your vendors.We’ll also come along and help with your rehearsal, and inspect the ceremony and reception venues with you.
$2,995.00 | Includes: 10 service hours on the day, 4 preparation meetings, vendor confirmation, run sheet preparation, rehearsal coordination, 1 site visit to the ceremony and 1 to the reception venue, 1 Event Manager, 1 Assistant.
Dismantle and Pack Up – Same Day Packdown and Delivery Service
It’s all very exciting planning the set up and decor of your reception venue. One of the last things on your mind may be what happens after the reception is over. Quite often more popular venues will either have same day or next day “bump out” rules in place for your event. This means having to find a friend or relative who’s able to pack up your decor on your behalf. If this is all too much detail for you to handle, then allow us to help. We’re able to come along and pack down your reception for you following your event, or the next day. We’ll also deliver the equipment to your door, so you don’t have to worry about it.
$650.00 | Includes: Same day/next day pack down (depending on venue), delivery to an address within Sydney or Melbourne Metro area. Price will vary with amount of equipment.
