How we charge.
We do not like to think of ourselves as traditional Wedding Planners and we do not charge you based on a % of the total cost of the wedding. This means we have services to suit most budgets.
Hourly Block Packages.
If you have a list of tasks that you want to delegate, then our hourly block packages are ideal. We can help you estimate how long your tasks are expected to take. If you have no idea of what needs to be done, we can sit down with you for a free consultation and run through our Sanity Check to gauge where you are up to, and fill any gaps. You can then decide what you would like us to take care of, and how many hours you wish to purchase.
Before any work is undertaken, we provide you with an estimate and seek your approval, so you always know how many hours you are using. We have a separate package should you wish to retain our services for the wedding day.

Wedding Day Management & Coordination Packages.
If you don’t intend carrying around your folio of names, contact numbers and timelines on the big day, then a Wedding Day Management & Coordination package is for you. We take care of every aspect of execution on the big day, so nothing is left to chance and you can enjoy yourself, leaving everything in our safe hands.
We can be there for whatever you think you may need. You may want us to be there when you wake up first thing in the morning to deliver you freshly brewed coffee and croissants and to make sure you get away to the church on time. Or you may choose to have us there just to assist with setting up your reception site making sure everything is exactly where it should be. We can even be there until the end of the reception to help you check your luggage in to the hotel and make sure the gifts are well packed away into your vehicle. (i) Full Day - Day Of Coordination Package
This package is ideal for those couples hosting a larger wedding, or for a couple who needs assistance with the lead up and preparation of the entire day. Here’s what you can expect when you purchase this package:
- One to two planning sessions prior to the day to run through checklists & timelines and to identify any last minute jobs
- 10 consecutive hours of management & coordination on the day
- Create a run sheet/timeline for the day and distribute to wedding party & vendors where necessary
- Contact all vendors to confirm details and responsibilities
- Assist with the rehearsal
- Provide one Event Manager and one Assistant on the day
Full Day Of Coordination Package $1495.00
(ii) Half Day - Day Of Coordination Package
This package is ideal for those couples who are confident of managing most of the coordination on the day themselves, but just need a hand managing vendors and ensuring that the finishing touches are in place. Here’s what you can expect when you purchase this package:
- One planning session prior to the day to run through checklists & timelines and to identify any last minute jobs
- 5 consecutive hours of management & coordination on the day
- Create a run sheet/timeline for the day and distribute to wedding party & vendors where necessary
- Contact all vendors to confirm details and responsibilities
- Provide One Event Manager
Half Day Of Coordination Package $595.00
(iii) Mini - Day Of Coordination Package
This package is ideal for couples needing someone to coordinate smaller weddings, or smaller components of the day e.g. setting up reception halls, coordinating vendors at bespoke venues etc. Here’s what you can expect when you purchase this package:
- One planning session prior to the day to run through checklists & timelines and to identify any last minute jobs
- 3 hours of management & coordination on the day (your choice which three hours these are, although they must be consecutive)
- Provide One Event Manager
